Cultivation

The shiitake substrate blocks are sourced regionally from certified organic farms in Austria. All you need to do is place the finished cultures in the LUSHROOM, fill the water tank and start growing.

Harvest

Shiitake mushrooms are harvested after approx. 7 days, with approx. 1.2 kg harvested per crop.

During a harvest wave, the mushrooms can be taken over several days according to demand and ripeness.
