ORGANIC mushrooms CUT UP FOR 4 PEOPLE
1 chicken fillet / 400 g FRESH organic porcini mushrooms / 1 onion / 1 clove of garlic / 20 g flour / 200 g water / 200 g heavy cream / 1 tbsp oil / salt, pepper, parsley
- Cut the chicken fillet into strips and season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the strips in it.
- Peel and chop the onion and garlic. Remove the meat from the pan and fry the onion and garlic.
- Chop the mushrooms, fry and dust with flour. Now put the meat back into the pan, add water and simmer for a little longer. Season to taste with whipped cream, parsley, salt and pepper.
