Champignon - The "mushroom of mushrooms"

Mushrooms - a new take on the classic edible mushroom! Freshly harvested from the LUSHROOM with pale pink plates, firm to the bite and aromatic, this mushroom offers a completely new taste experience.

Mushrooms from the supermarket are harvested before the "pink stage" in order to guarantee a certain shelf life. The ingredients and taste are lost in the process. With your own mushrooms or any mushrooms that you grow in the lushroom, you will experience a completely new, much more intense taste sensation.

Features

  • Mushrooms contain fiber, which balances the gastrointestinal tract
  • This is important to stabilize the immune system and the mushrooms also contain zinc

Cultivation

At the start of mushroom cultivation, the culture must first grow together with the cover soil for 10 days. The mushroom growing substrate is sourced regionally from BIO-certified farms in Germany. All you need to do is fill the refill pack into the cleaned 40×30 cultivation trays, spread the cover soil over the culture, fill the water tank and start cultivation.

Harvest

At the start of cultivation, the crop must first grow together with the cover soil for 10 days. Then harvest approx. 4 kg per crop divided into 3-4 harvest waves

In a harvest wave, the mushrooms can be removed over several days according to need and maturity.
If the mushrooms are harvested rather late and large, a fourth harvest wave is no longer worthwhile because the nutrients in the substrate are exhausted.

Duration between harvest waves:
approx. 12-14 days

Maximum number of crops per cultivation process:
2 pieces
