King oyster mushrooms - favorites of all vegans, vegetarians and those who want to become one

The strong aroma of the king oyster mushroom is reminiscent of the porcini mushroom, but its inner values are also impressive: almost no fat, lots of protein and trace elements make it a fixed part of the diet of nutrition-conscious people. Originally from South Tyrol, the mushroom found its way into supermarkets a few years ago.

However, this noble superfood is relatively expensive because growing it is time-consuming. But it doesn't have to be, for example, if the mushrooms can grow in a lushroom.

Features

  • King oyster mushrooms are fat-free and therefore cholesterol-free
  • 100g king oyster mushrooms already cover the daily requirement of vitamin B7 and also contain vitamins B2, B3 and B9
  • They contain a lot of folic acid, an important element for blood formation
  • Like all their relatives, king oyster mushrooms are considered to be nerve and anti-stress food

Cultivation

The substrate blocks for the king oyster mushrooms are sourced regionally from certified organic farms in Austria. All you need to do is place the ready-to-grow cultures in the LUSHROOM, fill the water tank and start growing.

Harvest

First harvest after approx. 14 days, approx. 2.5 kg per crop are harvested in 2-3 harvest waves.

During a harvest wave, the mushrooms can be taken over several days according to demand and ripeness.

Ifthe king oyster mushrooms are harvested rather late and large, a third harvest wave will no longer be worthwhile because the nutrients in the substrate will be exhausted.

Duration between harvest waves:
approx. 14 days
Maximum number of mushroom cultures per cultivation process:
4 pieces
